According to which plan and command Aliyev gave a command to attack

The unleashed actions of Azerbaijan are nothing but a mere proof of the information spread in diplomatic circles.

According to ArmLur.am Ilham Aliyev has received a special command to occupy lands and to officially announce about the occupied areas thus demonstrating the combat readiness of the Azerbaijani armed forces, also to bring factual proofs of the necessity to bring the troops to the region under the guise of peacekeepers.

However, the plan of Aliyev and geopolitical role carrying forces who commanded the president, failed. The Armenian soldiers immediately took the situation under control. That’s the reason why Azerbaijani media have to systemically deny the fact of some military actions.
