Փետրվարի 4-ին Վիեննայում կայացավ աշխարհում ամենահայտնի օպերային պարահանդեսը: Այն Վիեննայի պարահանդեսային սեզոնի կուլմինացիան է համարվում, որն անց է կացվում հունվարից մինչև կաթոլիկ օրացույցով Մեծ պահքի սկիզբը:

Օպերային պարահանդեսն անց է կացվում Վիեննայի պետական օպերայի շենքում, որը մեկ գիշերով վերածվում է ահռելի պարահրապարակի:
